It’s a long list that can easily overwhelm patients. But the advice and support of someone who has gone through a similar experience can be invaluable.

Created just for you by your care team, your Survivorship care plan includes healthy living tips and recommendations for your general medical care and follow-up guidelines. It also provides guidance on cancer screening to prevent recurrence or new cancers.
